We offer a 30-day trial period. If you aren't satisfied with your ride, you can return it for a full refund, provided the bike is in like-new condition and in its original packaging.
How do I determine the right frame size for me?
Each bike model includes a specific size chart based on height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing down for more technical agility or sizing up for increased stability at high speeds.
Do Bear Trail Bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, all our frames are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Components like derailleurs and suspension forks are covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty.
